Who we are...

GW has been cooking before he was tall enough to see over the range. His family was from a farming and coal mining community so the sense of family, tradition and comfort has been instilled into his cooking style. Traveling through several countries helped expose GW to many other families' traditions and food styles. Good food, good friends and close family are behind his methodology of creating enjoyable, flavorful, and at times, not-so-traditional recipes.
